Situated in old Ocean Grove, this set of coastal townhomes was designed with a big emphasis on sustainability and healthy living.

The homes are designed around a central rain garden which allows the designs to gain natural light which can often be difficult with townhouse developments. Utilizing a rear laneway, the main habitable spaces of the home have north facing views.

Each townhouse features an array of solar panels, low VOC paint and 4 star rated plumbing fixtures throughout.
