Bundaleer “home among the trees”

Completed in 2021 in conjunction with Vand Builders, this home was designed to work with the the constraints of the site & estate guidelines whilst providing views from within the home to all aspects of the property.

Situated in a BAL 29 zone, the home uses hardwood shingles throughout to create a dramatic facade with high roof pitches which have been designed and one continuous form like a piece of origami.

Backing onto a nature reserve, all rooms have views to the private rear yard which has large gums and natural habitat as the serving as the perfect backdrop.
